1-Year Limited Warranty Westin Camera products purchased in the United States are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in your Westin Camera product, we will either repair the product at no charge or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value.

What the Warranty Covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Repairs or replacement if the product is found to be defective during the warranty period.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, liquid damage, or other external causes.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, unless the failure occurs due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that naturally diminish over time, unless a defect in materials or workmanship is found.
  • Damage due to improper use, including failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Any product with the serial number removed or tampered with.

How to Make a Claim:

  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a complete serial number for the product.
  • If the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the camera free of charge.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Westin Camera is not responsible for any data loss or damage resulting from improper use or inability to use the product.
  • This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from authorized retailers or the Westin Camera website.
  • The warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than authorized Westin Camera service providers.

Important Information:

  • Replacement products or parts provided under this warranty may not be new but will be in perfect working order and of equal performance to the original.
  • Warranty repairs and replacements do not reset the original warranty period.
  • If your product is discontinued or out of stock, a replacement of equal value and features may be offered.

Limitation of Liability:

Westin Camera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
